Classes
Total beginners should join a Introductory Level 1 class.
If you’re not sure which class is most suitable for you contact Kate. All students must complete and return a health questionnaire prior to attending their first class. A student should also advise Kate at the start of each class if they have any new injuries, illnesses or if they are menstruating or pregnant (in which case alternatives will be given for certain poses). Tuesdays11am - 12pm Level: Intermediate Location: Soulands Studio, Dacre All equipment provided 7 Week Block: £77 A Yoga Video is provided for you to do at home if you miss a live class FULLY BOOKED |
Fridays7.15-8.15am Level: Intermediate Location: ZOOM You’ll need: Yoga Mat, belt, Blanket, 2 bricks, 2 blocks, chair, bolster 8 Week Block: £7.50 a class or £60 for the 8 week block of zoom classes, a catch up recording is provided if you miss the live class (If you attend the class but also want the recording to repeat the class a few times in the following 2 weeks £72, an extra £1.50 a week) 11.45am - 12.45pm Level: All Location: Stainton Village Hall Please bring: Yoga Mat, belt, Blanket, 2 bricks, 2 blocks 5 week block (note: no class on 15th march, Good Friday or 12th April) For Block: £37.50 A Yoga video is provided for you to do at home if you miss a live class |
