Schedule

Power Pump -  Penrith Leisure Centre, Mondays 9.30am and Thursdays 9.15am
A full-body barbell and free-weight workouts designed to build muscular strength, improve endurance, and tone your entire body. Set to motivating music, these classes target all the major muscle groups using high-repetition resistance training, helping you get lean, strong, and fit. Ideal for all fitness levels—lift at your own pace!
FITNESSFLOW - Penrith Leisure Centre, Mondays, Wednesday Thursdays and Sunday Mornings​
​These fitness classes ay provide a calming yet empowering workout inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. These classes help improve flexibility, core strength, balance, and posture, while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. It’s the perfect way to stretch, strengthen, and unwind—no experience needed.
Spin - North Lakes gym and spa, Fridays 10am
​A high-energy indoor cycling workout that delivers a serious cardio burn! Spin builds endurance, stamina, and lower-body strength through hill climbs, sprints, and intervals—set to powerful playlists to keep you motivated. Great for torching calories and improving heart health, all at your ow
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) - Penrith Leisure Centre, Fridays 9.10am and Sundays 9.30am
​A fast-paced, results-driven workout alternating short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods. HIIT boosts cardiovascular fitness, burns fat, and builds strength in a fraction of the time. Expect a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and cardio-based exercises—challenging, efficient, and endlessly rewarding!
Cardio Combat - Penrith Leisure Centre, Wednesday 9am and Sunday 8.45am
​An explosive, high-energy cardio and core workout inspired by mixed martial arts.  This fun non-contact class focuses on power based moves to burn calories and unleash your inner warrior. Suitable for all levels—no gloves, no bags, just you vs. your limits!
Les Mills Programmes

About Me

With over 20 years of experience of working in the fitness industry, I’m a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and sports & remedial massage therapist. I began my career in Glasgow and have spent the past 10 years delivering fitness classes in and around Penrith. I’m CIMSPA-registered and hold a range of specialist qualifications, including Exercise Nutrition, GP Referral, Older Adults, and Training in Different Environments. (TIDE)

I’ve been a proud Les Mills instructor since 2004, qualified in six Les Mills programs, and my biggest passion lies in group exercise. I teach a variety of group exercise classes at different venues in Penrith—check out my weekly schedule below to see where you can find me.
