 For the third year running, I will be teaching an Introduction to Iyengar Yoga session in the beautiful gardens of Larch Cottage Nurseries, followed by a detoxing brunch in their restaurant: La Casa Verde.
Arrival time is 9.15am, to begin at 9.30am for an hour’s introduction to the practice. A delicious, relaxing brunch will then follow at 11am. The price is £30.00 per person.
